Staatsrecht I: Staatsorganisationsrecht
(1) Die Fraktionen sind rechtsfähige Vereinigungen von Abgeordneten im Deutschen Bundestag.
(2) Die Fraktionen können klagen und verklagt werden.
(3) Die Fraktionen sind nicht Teil der öffentlichen Verwaltung; sie üben keine öffentliche Gewalt aus.
