Für Zeiten der Mitgliedschaft unter der Geltung des Diätengesetzes 1968 wird die halbe Versorgungsabfindung nach § 23 gezahlt. In diesem Fall werden eigene Beiträge zur Versicherung nach § 4 des Diätengesetzes 1968 auf Antrag erstattet.
