Ein Verzicht auf die Abgeordnetenentschädigung nach § 11 und auf die Leistungen nach § 12 sowie nach dem Fünften Abschnitt mit Ausnahme des § 18 ist unzulässig. Die Ansprüche aus § 12 sind nicht übertragbar. Der Anspruch auf Abgeordnetenentschädigung nach § 11 ist nur bis zur Hälfte übertragbar. Im übrigen gelten die Vorschriften der §§ 850ff. der Zivilprozeßordnung.
