Bekanntgabeverordnung
Bestehende Bekanntgaben für Stellen und Sachverständige, die vor dem 2. Mai 2013 erteilt wurden, gelten in ihrem bisherigen Geltungsbereich fort, bis eine neue bundesweite Bekanntgabe erfolgt. Abweichend von Satz 1 gilt § 16 mit Ausnahme von Absatz 4 Nummer 2 für bestehende Bekanntgaben für Stellen und gelten § 11 Absatz 4 und § 17 für bestehende Bekanntgaben für Sachverständige jeweils ab dem 2. Mai 2013.
