Ordnungswidrig im Sinne des § 28 Absatz 1 Nummer 7 Buchstabe a des Produktsicherheitsgesetzes handelt, wer vorsätzlich oder fahrlässig entgegen § 4 Nr. 2 eine Aerosolpackung auf dem Markt bereitstellt.
