Diese Verordnung tritt am 20. April 2016 in Kraft. Gleichzeitig tritt die Explosionsschutzverordnung vom 12. Dezember 1996 (BGBl. I S. 1914), die zuletzt durch Artikel 21 des Gesetzes vom 8. November 2011 (BGBl. I S. 2178) geändert worden ist, außer Kraft.
