Explosionsschutzprodukteverordnung
(1) Die Bestimmungen dieses Abschnitts sind anzuwenden, wenn
- 1.
- die Europäische Kommission nach Artikel 28 Absatz 1 Satz 1 der Verordnung (EU) 2024/2747 einen Durchführungsrechtsakt in Bezug auf ein Produkt erlassen hat, für das diese Verordnung anzuwenden ist, und
- 2.
- das Produkt nach Nummer 1 in der Liste krisenrelevanter Waren nach Artikel 18 Absatz 4 Satz 1, auch in Verbindung mit Satz 3, der Verordnung (EU) 2024/2747 enthalten ist.
(2) Die Bestimmungen dieses Abschnitts sind nur anzuwenden, während der Notfallmodus für den Binnenmarkt nach Artikel 18 Absatz 4 Satz 1 der Verordnung (EU) 2024/2747 aktiviert ist. § 14d Absatz 3 bleibt unberührt.
