A party submitting an application for joinder under Rule 18.1 of the SIAC Rules 2025 shall make payment of the following Joinder Filing Fee:
Joinder Filing Fee (Non-Refundable):
| Singapore Parties | S$5,450* |
| Overseas Parties | S$5,000 |
*Fee includes 9% GST.
