Singapore Arbitration Act 2001

Schiedsverfahrensrecht
This Act applies in relation to every arbitration under any other written law (other than the International Arbitration Act 1994), as if the arbitration were commenced pursuant to an arbitration agreement, except insofar as this Act is inconsistent with that other written law.
