Schiedsverfahrensrecht
(1) Part 1 of Schedule 3 provides for the savings and transitional arrangements that apply on, or relate to, the commencement of this Ordinance.
(2) Part 2 of Schedule 3 provides for the savings and transitional arrangements that apply on, or relate to, the commencement* of the Arbitration (Amendment) Ordinance 2015 (11 of 2015).
(3) Part 3 of Schedule 3 provides for the savings and transitional arrangements that relate to the Arbitration (Amendment) Ordinance 2017 (5 of 2017).
* Commencement date: 17 July 2015.
