FAI Expedited Arbitration Rules 2024
52.1 Subject to Article 52.2, these Rules shall come into force on 1 January 2024 and shall apply to all arbitrations commenced on or after that date, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
52.2 If the arbitration agreement was concluded before 1 June 2013:
(a) Articles 11, 12, 14.4 and 37.5, and Appendix III do not apply, unless otherwise agreed by the parties;
(b) the Institute may publish anonymous excerpts or summaries of awards, orders and other decisions under Article 49.4 only with the prior written consent of all parties to the arbitration.
