27.1 If the parties have not agreed on the language of the arbitration, the sole arbitrator shall determine it after consulting with the parties.
27.2 If any documents are to be submitted in a language other than that agreed by the parties or determined by the sole arbitrator, the sole arbitrator may order that such documents be accompanied by a translation into the language of the arbitration.
